"A not-for-profit organization working with the Quebec and Canadian government to offer resources to the English-language minority Canadian communities, as well as to promote the English language laws and English services for education, health care services, and employment. This is undertaken principally through a policy of cooperation in the prioritization and development of projects and through the promotion of an effective coordinated approach."
